Established in 2016, TPS is an organizational and leadership development firm founded by Jamal Jimerson. We offer our partner organizations consulting, training, and coaching through a humanistic, process-oriented approach with equity at the center. Our partners include scores of nonprofits, foundations, municipalities, small to midsize businesses, and schools including public K-12, charter, private, and higher education.
TPS facilitates a process to create awareness, acknowledgement, and empathy about inequity and how it impacts our partners.
TPS provides strategic coaching that enables our partners to understand the complexity of cultural issues and develop a plan with small, adaptive interventions and transformative solutions.
TPS supports partners in the implementation of new policies and practices to advance equity. We believe that when leaders and members of the organization, workforce, and community feel both competent and confident about leading equity initiatives, the organization can spend less time trying to figure out “what we can do” and more time addressing the challenge of “what are we willing do to align our actions with our shared values?”
